Course:
Bagua Zhang

Bagua Zhang
C.S. Tang: Authorised to teach

Bagua Zhang is a comprehensive and systematic martial art. It comprises soft and circular movements along with quick and linear attacks.

The basic conditioning of the system is achieved through the Ten Heavenly Stem (Tien Gan) exercises.

The skeleton is developed to achieve a solid body and frame through the 8 turning palms.

The 8 changing palms add the dimensions of softness, twisting and deeply stretch the limbs to develop flexibility.

Fierce attacking movements and strategies are implemented through the 64 palm strikes which comprise striking, wrestling, grasping and extensive use of elbows and kicks.

Fighting techniques and strategies are refined through every form. These include how to use correct power, escape from attacks and simultaneously attack and defend.
